Your adventure begins with pick-up from your hotel in Zanzibar and concludes with a comfortable drop-off back at your hotel.”
Day 1: Zanzibar to Mikumi National Park
Your adventure begins with a hotel pick-up in Zanzibar, timed to your flight schedule. Transfer to the airport and board your flight to Mikumi National Park. Arrival at Mikumi is expected around midday, depending on your flight.
Upon arrival, enjoy a leisurely lunch before embarking on an afternoon and evening game drive, exploring the park’s diverse wildlife until sunset. Overnight accommodation will be at a comfortable lodge or campsite, followed by a delicious dinner.
Day 2: Mikumi National Park to Zanzibar
Start your morning with breakfast, then set out for a full day of game drives, approximately 8 hours, allowing you to fully experience Mikumi National Park’s wildlife and landscapes.
After completing your game drives, exit the park with an en-route drive offering excellent photo opportunities. Stop at the airstrip for scenic photos before boarding your flight back to Zanzibar.
You will arrive back in Zanzibar around 18:00 in the evening, where your driver will transfer you to your hotel. A lunch stop in Morogoro town is included on the return journey.
